Oneness of Us: Who Am I? (Book 1) is about understanding your connection with everyone and everything. It is about who you really are and how you are the one who is creating what you experience. Every moment you create a new reality based on what you believe. This becomes your perspective and establishes who you are. You are in a continuous state of becoming. To have the kind of life you dream of, it is necessary to uncover the hidden and conflicting beliefs that are preventing it and transform them into empowering beliefs. Heal the wounded parts of yourself that you have rejected and labeled as unworthy, by transforming them into examples of love. Discharge all negative energy and neutralize what you resist and judge as bad, by redefining it as a valid choice that is just not your preference. Choose to live a joy filled loving life.

Move from perceiving the world as happening to you and outside of you, to inside of you and being created by you. Become clear that what you experience in your physical world are symbols of your beliefs; and will change when you change your beliefs. What you really have and can never lose, is your existence as an aspect of All That Is and the choice of who you are which is realized by what you put out; everything else can, and will change. Focus on your state of being, while you are doing what you are doing; it is what lasts forever. Live your life purpose by following your passion and doing what excites you; it is the way to be the most fully expressed version of yourself. Let go of believing that you are separate, weak, and lacking and believe that you are whole, empowered, and fulfilled.

This book is about: you loving yourself so much that light and joy just spill over onto everyone you meet; jumping out of bed every morning because you are so excited to start your day; looking at a leaf with such awe it makes tears come to your eyes; being so completely comfortable and unashamed of yourself and your life that you wouldn’t hesitate to discuss any part of it with anyone; being able to lose what your most valued worldly possession and still being completely thankful and optimistic about what will happen next; raising your flag up high and exclaiming, “This is who I am, this is what I stand for, I am proud of it, I am giving my all to live it at every moment and allow everyone else to do the same.”
